Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all BioMed customers through various communication channels and database maintenance
- Provide operational support and administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and exercising independent judgment
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate responses to customer requests while ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of related customer service work experience
- Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
