A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Rep II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and ensuring timely processing
- Communicate with healthcare providers and patients regarding insurance eligibility and test information
- Manage assigned work independently while collaborating across departments to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate/bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- PC experience including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting is advantageous
