Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Rep II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and ensuring timely processing
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and patients regarding insurance eligibility and test information
  • Manage assigned work independently while collaborating across departments to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate/bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • PC experience including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
  • Experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting is advantageous
