A company is looking for a Member Care & Growth Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and educate prospective patients in local partner clinics
- Organize community events and maintain engagement with the member base
- Serve as the primary contact for member issue resolution and collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in specified areas of California and be fluent in Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience in healthcare
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, healthcare outreach, or community engagement
- Proficiency in Google suite and experience with medical technology
- Ability to manage multiple projects and a strong commitment to customer experience
