A company is looking for a Dispute Analyst - P2P.
Key Responsibilities
- Arbitrate customer disputes and investigate trading activities to maintain marketplace safety
- Create processes to achieve business goals in customer service and provide feedback for product improvements
- Ensure continuous customer experience surveys and share learning from complaints across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative
- Strong IT skills for handling technical queries from customers
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a plus
- Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts
- A Binance P2P user is highly preferred
