A company is looking for a Coordinator, Patient Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complaints and concerns by communicating with patients, family members, staff, and providers
- Investigate complaints and collaborate with staff and management to provide resolutions
- Input data into complaint management software and present high-level complaints to management
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of healthcare experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong data management and entry skills
