Utilization Review Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist in Utilization Review for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and track approvals, denials, and information requests from third-party payers within the EMR
• Support the centralized Utilization Review team in the authorization tracking process
• Ensure timely resolution of authorization issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare
• Working knowledge of computers and software systems
• Experience working in Epic preferred
