Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Transmission Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers regarding installation and troubleshooting of remanufactured transmissions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common transmission issues via phone or email
• Assist the client care team with warranty issues and maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred or equivalent experience as a transmission builder
• ASE Master Technician certification highly preferred
• Transmission and engine diagnostic skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Customer service-oriented mindset
