- Manage communications through phone and email while providing empathetic support to families and funeral homes
- Collaborate with teammates and handle administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations
Required Qualifications
- Warm and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others
- Ability to type 40-45 words per minute
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Self-starter attitude with a desire to take initiative
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred
