- Support Project Managers in project execution and maintain client service standards
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Data Services and Claims Operations
- Track project deadlines and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a client/customer-facing role
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or paralegal work is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently process information
