A company is looking for a Knowledge Centered Services Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the KCS methodology across the associate support organization
- Monitor KCS metrics and set performance goals to analyze the program's impact on support performance
- Conduct training sessions and develop materials to educate staff on KCS principles and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and one year of relevant experience
- One year of experience with project management methodologies and performance metrics analysis
- Experience in training and coaching stakeholders on process improvements
- Six months of experience with KCS methodology and knowledge management systems
