A company is looking for a Head of Global Digital Solutions Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing customer success team while fostering a culture of excellence
- Design and execute a customer success strategy that drives engagement, retention, and expansion
- Manage the global Customer Success team, ensuring alignment across regions and prioritizing customer outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or related functions within a B2B SaaS or technology company, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in scaling global customer success teams in high-growth environments
- Ability to build and manage relationships with CXO-level stakeholders in large enterprises
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management and related technologies
- Data-driven mindset with experience using customer success metrics for decision-making
