Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls to arrange debt repayment and record account updates
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and TCPA regulations during calls
- Handle patient disputes and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a related field
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations
- Effective use of resources
- Associate's degree and two years of related experience preferred
