Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Customer Success team to retain customers and expand product offerings while meeting operational metrics
- Coach and develop Customer Success Managers to ensure effective support for customers and partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalation issues and manage team assignments for new customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience in client success or service environments
- Proven ability to build valuable business relationships with customers across all products
- Experience in fostering customer relationships within complex organizations
