Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily team activities to complete assigned Defined Contribution Operations functions
- Facilitate the resolution of escalated issues and develop processes to mitigate future issues
- Evaluate staff performance and coach team members toward improved performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in the defined contribution or retirement field
- Two years of supervisory/management experience
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure
- Ability to grasp technical and complex concepts
