Key Responsibilities
- Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
- Identifies solutions to address billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
- Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts

- Proven experience in billing and posting resolution
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage customer accounts effectively
- Experience in documenting and reporting billing issues
