Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Consumer Enrollment Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a licensed health insurance agent in the respective state
• Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities
• Provide support and leadership to seasonal support staff and handle first level escalations

Required Qualifications

• Residency in Ohio, Tennessee, Utah, or Virginia
• 2+ years of previous customer service management experience
• 5+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work
• Bonus: Previous experience in a call center environment
