Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist I to provide quality customer service and support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding account information, billing, and order statuses
  • Quickly assess customer issues and provide accurate support while maintaining professionalism
  • Execute Tier One responsibilities including order entry and basic account management with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
