Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist I to provide quality customer service and support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding account information, billing, and order statuses
- Quickly assess customer issues and provide accurate support while maintaining professionalism
- Execute Tier One responsibilities including order entry and basic account management with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
