  • Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and building strong relationships with key customers
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of professional experience in customer service
  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience
  • 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Proven ability to drive performance while providing coaching and guidance
