Key Responsibilities:
- Direct customer service operations across the Western Region, enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Mentor and support customer service leaders and staff, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement
- Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and building strong relationships with key customers
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional experience in customer service
- 0-2 years of supervisory experience
- 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Proven ability to drive performance while providing coaching and guidance
