Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and make a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare or Value-based Care customer inquiries
- Educate customers on Value-based Care physician networks and assist with scheduling appointments
- Document correspondence, process requests, and maintain accurate account information
Required Qualifications
- Must have a smartphone for authentication when logging into company tools
- Must complete assessments, including a typing test with a minimum requirement of 25 wpm
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a compatible internet connection (no mobile Wi-Fi, Verizon, or T-Mobile)
