Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales activities, ensuring strong onboarding, customer engagement, and retention
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account management, expansion, and cross-selling opportunities
- Support customer projects and drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
- Experience in driving account growth and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools, such as Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with customers
- Preferred experience in SaaS or HCM, with knowledge of the EOR/global expansion industry
