Key Responsibilities
- Answer 40-60 inbound calls, responding to inquiries of varying complexity
- Investigate and resolve issues, collaborating with internal teams as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service role
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment
