Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to provide support and assistance to members, customers, and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 40-60 inbound calls, responding to inquiries of varying complexity
  • Investigate and resolve issues, collaborating with internal teams as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service role
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently in a home office environment
