Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer for Weekend Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues with Digital Reef products
- Maintain call-tracking database and update case information daily
- Work with internal personnel to resolve technical product issues and participate in status meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the computer/networking industry
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux Operating Systems
- Good understanding of IP protocols including HTTP and SSL
- Experience in providing real-time customer service in a production environment is a plus
