Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer for Weekend Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues with Digital Reef products
  • Maintain call-tracking database and update case information daily
  • Work with internal personnel to resolve technical product issues and participate in status meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the computer/networking industry
  • Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux Operating Systems
  • Good understanding of IP protocols including HTTP and SSL
  • Experience in providing real-time customer service in a production environment is a plus
