Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to address customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 50-60 calls and 50-60 emails daily
- Assist members with registration, purchases, gym membership enrollment, cancellations, refunds, and technical support issues
- Monitor customer support trends and escalate issues requiring IT support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of two years' experience in product or customer support
- Interest in wellness or fitness, with prior experience in corporate wellness desired
- Highly organized individual with previous customer service experience
