Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee account updates and manage multiple projects to ensure efficient customer progression through onboarding
- Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks faced by customers, collaborating with team members for effective solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing digital role, especially in onboarding or account management
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service as the primary contact for assigned customers
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Comfort with digital marketing tools and automation systems, including pop-ups and email campaigns
