California Licensed Telehealth Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse specializing in cardiology and heart failure.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage patients using protocols to determine appropriate measures and escalate care as needed
• Provide virtual nursing assessments and monitor patient vital signs to identify changes in condition
• Educate patients and caregivers on heart failure management, medications, and adherence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiology, heart failure management, or critical care nursing
• Strong background in heart failure patient management and knowledge of Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT)
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in a compact state and California
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
