A company is looking for a Customer Service Concierge Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 100-150 outbound orders for delivery updates and change requests
- Perform scheduling functions in a high-volume environment for multiple customer orders
- Utilize the team database to provide one-call resolution for customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of prior customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook & Word (Basic to Intermediate); Excel (Basic to Intermediate)
- Ability to multitask using multiple systems for customer call resolution
- Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime as needed
