A company is looking for an Administrative Specialist (CL2) for part-time remote work in YourPace Admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process submitted applications and supporting documentation for prospective students
- Support the matriculation of students moving to enrollment
- Collaborate with the YourPace Admissions team to provide student-centered support
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with sufficient experience
- Two years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in using multiple software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications
- Experience in admissions and familiarity with Salesforce, MaineStreet, and ImageNow
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
