A company is looking for a Customer Experience Program Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage capacity health of multiple Azure regions to enhance customer experience
- Refine processes for managing demand growth and capacity risk while supporting customer success
- Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to drive capacity enablement across Azure data centers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience engaging with customers and partners to understand their business needs
- Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
- Proven success in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
