Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive company GDR (renewals) and co-execute NDR (upsell and cross-sell) with other teams
- Develop best practices to ensure customer success and build relationships with strategic enterprise clients
- Lead automation activities within the Customer Success function and evolve the customer education program
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct Customer Success experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Management experience leading a team of professionals
- Experience owning a book of business equating to tens of millions in ARR
- Proven track record of successful upsells and cross-sells, doubling or tripling ARR
- Ability to develop strategic plans for customer success growth and expansion
