Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive company GDR (renewals) and co-execute NDR (upsell and cross-sell) with other teams
  • Develop best practices to ensure customer success and build relationships with strategic enterprise clients
  • Lead automation activities within the Customer Success function and evolve the customer education program
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct Customer Success experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Management experience leading a team of professionals
  • Experience owning a book of business equating to tens of millions in ARR
  • Proven track record of successful upsells and cross-sells, doubling or tripling ARR
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for customer success growth and expansion
