Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans
• Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, and gather required documentation
• Maintain prompt communication with customers, loan officers, and underwriters while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience
• Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making abilities
• Experience in customer service within the mortgage industry
