Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to process inbound calls for their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound support calls from consumers regarding their active applications
- Provide excellent customer support through online chat communications
- Accurately document and present information about products and services during calls to onboard new customers
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
- Computer proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 35wpm
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
