Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators in the Case Management program
- Evaluate and process tasks within the medical management system and manage scheduling and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently, including phone calls and emails
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work across multiple software programs
