A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator - Specialty Pharmacy - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter new referrals and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system
- Communicate necessary information to the authorization/reimbursement department for patient benefits
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in the overall pharmacy workflow
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by applicable state board of pharmacy
- One to two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment
