Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator - Specialty Pharmacy - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter new referrals and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system
• Communicate necessary information to the authorization/reimbursement department for patient benefits
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in the overall pharmacy workflow

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by applicable state board of pharmacy
• One to two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment
