Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Advocate to assist members in navigating their health programs and accessing healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer questions about the Wellth Rewards program and assist with technical or app-related needs
- Assist members with healthcare access tasks, including finding providers and scheduling appointments
- Advocate for members by helping them understand and access available benefits and resources
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service or healthcare navigation experience
- Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Understanding of health insurance or care coordination
