Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound courtesy calls to patients regarding their statements and payment resolutions

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- One year or more of customer service support experience over the phone in a remote setting
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology
