A company is looking for a Customer & Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily business activities as the Client Service Coordinator, ensuring comprehensive responses to client requests
- Prepare and manage customer quotes and create orders through SAP and internal systems
- Coordinate the sales process using Sales Force Service Cloud while liaising between Sales and Operations teams for order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Sales team activities
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
