Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer & Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily business activities as the Client Service Coordinator, ensuring comprehensive responses to client requests
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes and create orders through SAP and internal systems
  • Coordinate the sales process using Sales Force Service Cloud while liaising between Sales and Operations teams for order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Sales team activities
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
