Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fulfillment and Client Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, track, and bill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in preparing product specifications, pricing research, and vendor discussions
- Verify and manage manufacturer orders, ensuring accuracy in details and specifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar software is required
- Basic understanding of Project Spec and familiarity with Cap Worksheets or similar tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role is preferred
- Must have a personal PC/laptop and a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download & upload speed)
