Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone inquiries and determine eligibility for support programs
• Process orders and follow up on missing information or prior authorizations
• Provide exceptional customer service and report trends or delays to management

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, medical billing, or related fields
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
