Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Support Engineer to support customers in adopting and maximizing the value of their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during implementation and post-sale support
- Deliver technical onboarding and training while creating and updating training materials
- Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions and assist with integrations and configurations
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or implementation in a SaaS environment
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python, and front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
