Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative, Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier I and II technical support for software, hardware, and network issues
  • Review and prioritize incoming requests for technical assistance
  • Instruct users on the utilization of PCs and networks, and maintain network documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High School level reading, writing, and analytical skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
  • Experience with customer solutions
  • Experience with problem solving
