A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative, Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I and II technical support for software, hardware, and network issues
- Review and prioritize incoming requests for technical assistance
- Instruct users on the utilization of PCs and networks, and maintain network documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School level reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- Experience with customer solutions
- Experience with problem solving
