Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Billing Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of call center agents, establish workflows, and oversee staff training and performance evaluations
  • Develop departmental goals and policies, monitor staff productivity, and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Provide outstanding customer service, address escalated patient concerns, and identify opportunities for performance improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Public Administration, or Hospital Administration
  • Three years of relevant experience with at least one year in a senior level or team lead role (or equivalent experience based on education level)
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and patient coverage verification
  • No licensure or certification required
