Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Billing Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of call center agents, establish workflows, and oversee staff training and performance evaluations
- Develop departmental goals and policies, monitor staff productivity, and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Provide outstanding customer service, address escalated patient concerns, and identify opportunities for performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Public Administration, or Hospital Administration
- Three years of relevant experience with at least one year in a senior level or team lead role (or equivalent experience based on education level)
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of insurance policies and patient coverage verification
- No licensure or certification required
