A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, SMB- Fitness & Wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, focusing on retention and growth opportunities
- Execute the full sales cycle for renewals and upsells within the account portfolio
- Act as a product expert, driving adoption and addressing client challenges
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts and engaging in 1:many campaigns
- Skilled in negotiating contract terms and addressing pricing objections
- Highly proficient with CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the fitness industry, preferably boutique fitness; BA/BS Degree preferred
