A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and provide monthly product review reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Analyze and review customers' digital performance and troubleshoot website issues
  • Assist in driving customer retention and identifying business growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • 2+ years of account management and/or dealership experience
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
