Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and provide monthly product review reporting and optimization recommendations
- Analyze and review customers' digital performance and troubleshoot website issues
- Assist in driving customer retention and identifying business growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Google Analytics Certified
- 2+ years of account management and/or dealership experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
