A company is looking for an Overnight Spanish Bilingual Response Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls, including emergency situations, from Spanish and English speaking customers
- Work with emergency response centers to assist with dispatch during critical incidents
- Enroll customers in subscription packages while focusing on service retention and resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical aptitude to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Must have a dedicated home workspace with a consistent hardwired internet connection
