A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to understand customer goals and priorities
- Provide proactive recommendations to help customers achieve their business outcomes using Salesforce
- Orchestrate all deliverables and cultivate stakeholder relationships to drive customer success
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management for large-scale projects
- Ability to prepare program roadmaps and manage high-level design deliveries
- Experience in release management, defect management, and change request management
- Strong understanding of impact analysis and providing solutions and design mockups
