Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, including setting up new accounts and maintaining existing files
  • Process orders, monitor supply usage, and handle customer complaints
  • Initiate and conduct follow-up calls with patients to ensure proper management of pumps and supplies
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree (AA) in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous work experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy preferred
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Knowledge of Medicare DME Guidelines is a plus
