A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical solutions for advanced assay and instrument-related issues via telecommunications and other technologies
- Lead troubleshooting management on multiple product platforms and communicate effectively with customers
- Perform case management activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a BS in a STEM field with 2 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist I or Field Engineer
- Strong technical skills related to product technology and disease processes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with MS Office, and capable of quickly learning new systems
