Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator - Bilingual (Spanish-speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Create and complete accurate referrals and applications in a customer relationship management platform
- Resolve patient inquiries regarding their journey status and provide follow-up communication
- Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bilingual in Spanish
- High School education required; 2-4 years of related customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Products and video conferencing tools
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM and transcribe accurate notes during calls
- Knowledge of insurance billing methods and general pharmacy operations is a plus
