Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for mortgage loan borrowers throughout the loss mitigation process
- Answer consumer inquiries regarding their accounts and document interactions in the mortgage servicing system
- Communicate loss mitigation options and foreclosure processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
