A company is looking for a Customer Integration Analyst II - Voluntary Benefits Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as business lead for inbound and outbound data onboarding and enrollment systems
  • Manage internal and external resources for data change and re-implementation projects
  • Perform triage for data issues and inquiries while supporting team development
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in systems administration and customer-facing project management
  • 1+ years of experience with Selerix and enrollment systems
  • Knowledge of voluntary benefits
  • Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High School Diploma required
