Key Responsibilities
- Act as business lead for inbound and outbound data onboarding and enrollment systems
- Manage internal and external resources for data change and re-implementation projects
- Perform triage for data issues and inquiries while supporting team development
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration and customer-facing project management
- 1+ years of experience with Selerix and enrollment systems
- Knowledge of voluntary benefits
- Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High School Diploma required
